Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAG-AT at Wright Patterson AFB, OH, leading DoD Anti-Tamper programs. You will analyze acquisition processes, manage cross-disciplinary teams, and develop acquisition documentation to inform government decisions.

Required are TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access, SAP experience, and a DAWIA Program Management certification or equivalent. Travel up to 10% is expected; a master’s degree (or bachelor’s with 15+ years) is

Qualifications

Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access and recent background investigation.
Masters degree with 10+ years in DoD Acquisition Programs; or Bachelor’s with 15+ years experience.
Minimum of 3 years SAP experience within the last 8 years.
Up to 10% travel.
Experience in SAP and SCI environments; Anti-Tamper experience; DAWIA certification in Program Management.

Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate courses of action for USAF warfighting capabilities.
Manage program efforts including technology development, engineering integration, foreign disclosure, testing, production, and logistics support.
Develop acquisition documents supporting government PMs’ decisions.
Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs.
Lead in development of RFP/J&A packages and Acquisition Plans for new tech development contracts.
Coordinate strategy meetings across DoD organizations, labs, SMEs and industry leadership.
Develop and maintain roadmaps for DoD-related technology development areas.
Determine support level for Foreign Military Sales programs.
Interact with industry partners to support technology development reviews.
