Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAG-AT field program office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on DoD Anti-Tamper program management, including acquisition planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination with government and industry partners.

Qualified candidates will hold a TS clearance with SCI and SAP access, a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with extensive DoD experience, and SAP experience within the last 8 years.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access and SAP and a recent background investigation
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with extensive DoD Acquisition experience
• Minimum SAP experience of 3 years within the last 8 years
• Up to 10% travel

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate actionable guidance
• Manage programs including tech development, engineering integration, testing, production and logistics
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PM decisions
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs
• Lead/do in the development of RFPs, J&A, Acquisition Plans and related efforts
• Coordinate strategy meetings across DoD organizations, labs, and industry
• Maintain roadmaps for DoD technology development areas
• Determine support level to Foreign Military Sales programs
• Interact with industry partners for technology development reviews
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of critical assets
• Support Education and Outreach materials for DoD Anti-Tamper courses
