Job summary

Serco seeks a Program Manager SME for the AFLCMC/WAG portfolio, based at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility and extensive DoD program management experience.

You will lead acquisition efforts, develop schedules, manage risks, and coordinate with multiple government and contractor teams. Strong strategic planning, leadership, and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree with extensive DoD/government experience (25+ years).
• Master’s Degree with 20+ years DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME-level support as Deputy to Branch Materiel Leader for WAG Portfolio.
• Advise program leadership on strategic planning for capability development and demonstrations.
• Apply PM expertise to program challenges and acquisition documentation.
• Coordinate branch manager assignments, activities, and team composition.
• Develop master schedules integrating WAG programs and PPBS events.
• Lead branch risk management, including tracking and mitigations.
• Develop branch processes and standardize acquisition documents.
• Analyze program information per DoD acquisition processes and methods.
• Support executive reviews, inspections, and milestone events.
• Interpret USAF and AFLCMC strategies to tailor implementation.
• Develop high-quality acquisition program documentation.
• Manage interactions with warfighters, commands, AFRL, and contractors.
