Job summary

Assertive Professionals in Quantico, VA seeks a Senior Program Management Analyst to support our DoD/DoW customer onsite. Open position with a competitive benefits package and 80 hours of PTO plus 11 federal holidays.

The role requires an active Secret Clearance, 10 years of experience, and a Master’s degree or 5+ years leading complex projects. Eligible for a $1,200 annual compliance bonus and a $2,000 sign-on or relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree or 5+ years leading complex projects.
• 5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, risk management, or performance reporting.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS/CAS and DoD/DoW policies.
• English reading, writing and speaking fluently.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and program management support using recognized project and process-improvement practices.
• Analyze and organize information for leadership; support governance, metrics, and reporting.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes; provide training and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, correspondence, records, taskers, and executive reporting.
• Support events and personnel processes; prepare monthly progress and management reporting.
