Assertive Professionals in Quantico, VA is seeking a Senior Acquisition & Procurement Analyst to support our DoD/DoW customer. The role includes market research, requirements planning, and development of IGCEs, PWSs, and SOWs.

Onsite position requiring an active security clearance with broad FAR/DFARS knowledge. Competitive benefits include PTO, 401(k) Match at 5%, profit sharing and company-paid life insurance.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• 10 years of relevant experience in acquisition, contracting, or procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; or ≥8 years federal procurement experience.
• Experience in market research, acquisition documentation, contract administration, or procurement analysis.
• Strong technical writing, business strategy and project management skills; DAWIA/Procurement experience.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS/CAS and related DoD regulations.
• English: read, write, speak fluently.

Responsibilities

• Support DCSA acquisition and contracting processes.
• Conduct market research and intelligence for procurement needs.
• Develop requirements planning, business cases, IGCEs, PWSs and SOWs.
• Prepare procurement packages; evaluate proposals and awards.
• Maintain Master Contract List Tracker and oversight documentation.
