Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the Special Programs Division for the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

You will oversee acquisition strategies, technology development, and cross-organizational coordination to deliver weapon-system ready capabilities while mitigating cost and schedule risks. You will manage RFP and J&A activities, coordinate with government PMs, Lab SMEs, and industry partners, and guide program execution across engineering,

Qualifications

• Active DoD acquisition program management experience.
• Experience handling SAP/SCI environments preferred.
• Ability to develop RFP/J&A packages and acquisition plans.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate action plans.
• Manage program efforts including technology development, engineering, test, production, and logistics.
• Develop acquisition documents to support government decisions.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs.
• Lead development and coordination of RFP, J&A, and acquisition plans for new contracts.
• Organize strategy meetings with DoD and industry leaders to set guidance across the ATEA community.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps for DoD tech areas within labs.
• Determine support level for Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Coordinate with industry partners on tech development reviews.
