Job summary

KIHOMAC seeks a senior Acquisition Program Manager in Massachusetts to guide program execution under DoD directives. You will support lifecycle tasks from mission planning to risk management, ensuring milestones align with cost, schedule, and performance targets.

Responsibilities include contract execution, documentation, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining DoD-compliant processes and security clearances. A strong background in DoD programs and network/embedded systems is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
• Master’s Degree preferred
• 12+ years of general experience
• 5+ years working in the DoD sector
• Experience with network architectures, embedded systems, and application deployment across various systems and hardware, including cloud deployment and virtualization
• Proficiency in: Requirements development, production and deployment, operations and support; Architecture development and implementation; Modeling and simulation, including Model-Based Systems Engineering principles; Verification and validation processes; Technical data package development and sustainment; Principles of configuration management

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level acquisition support to Program Managers and IPT Leads to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives
• Support contract execution through analysis and solutions, including review of documents and risk plans
• Evaluate program health and advise leadership on options to maintain objectives
• Develop and maintain acquisition reports and prepare briefings; ensure consistency across deliverables
• Develop, maintain, and execute program risk management plans with risk boards
• Assist in developing source selection strategies, evaluation criteria, and RFP documentation and contractor evaluation
