Job summary
KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to conduct program reviews, evaluate baselines, and ensure system performance meets specifications. You will develop criteria and procedures for validation and support across acquisition lifecycles.
The role involves CAE-level analysis, technical documentation, and collaboration with government and contractor teams to ensure cost, schedule and performance alignment within DoD programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 10+ years general experience in systems engineering/DoD programs.
- Experience reviewing Air Force system requirements documentation (SRDs/ICDs/CDDs/CONOPs).
- Experience with DoD acquisition lifecycle and SEAM processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct systems engineering reviews to evaluate baselines, plans, and test results.
- Prepare technical documentation, management reports, and presentations.
- Perform system validation activities and analyze results of major engineering systems.
- Support risk management activities and DOORS/Launchpad usage.
- Review and analyze system concepts, requirements, and software integration with government/prime teams.
- Apply engineering principles to align with schedules, costs and performance.
