Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracting Program Manager located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA, to provide acquisition and program management support across the DoD lifecycle. The role focuses on contract execution, RFP input, and governance across IPTs and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities include analysis, development of acquisition strategies, and preparation of MARs, SARs, and APBs. Travel and on-site work at Hanscom AFB are involved; federal clearance is required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 12 years of experience, including at least 5 years supporting DoW programs, OR 15 years of experience with at least 8 years supporting DoW programs.

Responsibilities

• Support program leadership with analysis, solutions, and recommendations to ensure successful contract execution and overall program health.
• Provide expert program management input for RFPs, including system specifications, EW Systems (SRDs), SOWs, CDRLs, and other proposal materials.
• Review acquisition documents and provide programmatic assessments for consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and support statutory/regulatory acquisition reports and milestone documentation per DoWI 5000.02.
