The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US DoD CONOPS and airborne communication systems requirements. Particularly a background in tactical airborne communications systems in the US Army, US Air Force and US Navy is desirable. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of the US DoD requirements, budget and procurement processes, and be comfortable interacting with DoD subject matter experts in all areas of the acquisition process. Strong relationships / experience with PMA-209 & OPNAV N98 are a plus. Experience with organizations such as PMA-209, OPNAV, US Army PEO-Aviation, FVL-CFT, DAMO-AV, and G8-FDV is desired. This position is fully remote but proximity to Washington DC is preferred.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will work in conjunction with program management and engineering leads, to uncover, pursue and capture new business in the military airborne communication market Responsible for developing, forecasting, and capturing new opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers Develops and presents compelling strategic and business growth opportunities that may include market and competitive analysis via decision point reviews Continually scans environment for business and strategic growth opportunities Leading and working cross-functional, cross-enterprise teams Prepares and supports company profiles on competitors and potential acquisition candidates, including financial analysis Networks with senior internal and external personnel in area of expertise. Represents organization as a prime contact on projects. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters, often requiring coordination between organizations Works on problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review of multiple factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions, where erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives would have a serious impact on the organization Normally receives minimal supervision on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
