Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead contract execution for DoD and IC programs. The role involves ensuring cost, schedule, and performance success, and acting as the primary interface between Government and Contractor.

The ideal candidate will hold a TS/SCI clearance, with 10+ years in DoD/IC program leadership and a proven track record managing complex contracts. Bachelor’s degree required; PMP/CSM preferred.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years of DoD/IC program management experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Proven experience managing DoD/IC contracts.
• Strong understanding of government contracting and project management.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Ability to coordinate technical resources with accountability.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive leadership.
• Experience supporting DIA/IC missions.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility for contract cost, schedule, and performance.
• Serve as primary contact for CO, COR, Government PM, and contractor leadership.
• Direct and manage program execution across cost, schedule, risk, and QA.
• Ensure tasks/deliverables meet contract requirements.
• Lead and direct skilled technical and functional resources.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, briefings, and documentation.
• Communicate program status and metrics to leadership.
• Support audits, reviews, and government oversight.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices.
