Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a Program Manager to provide leadership for contract execution, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance goals are met in alignment with DIA/DoD standards. The role interfaces with government and contractor leadership to drive success across technical and administrative domains.

The ideal candidate will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage risk, and ensure compliance while advancing continuous improvement and quality assurance across programs.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required or to be obtained.
• 10+ years of progressive DoD/IC program management experience.
• Strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall responsibility for contract cost, schedule, and performance.
• Serve as the primary interface for CO, COR, and government/contractor leadership.
• Direct and manage program execution across multiple functional areas.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare status reports, briefings, and technical documentation.
