Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems, LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead contract execution and serve as the primary interface between Government and Contractor organizations. The role oversees technical, operational, and administrative aspects to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met in compliance with DIA, DoD, and IC standards.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years managing DoD/IC programs or large-scale tech projects.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Proven experience managing DoD/IC contracts.
• Strong government contracting, PM, risk and QA knowledge.
• Able to lead across multiple priorities in a high-compliance environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall responsibility for contract cost, schedule, and performance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for CO, COR, and government/contractor leadership.
• Direct and manage program execution across functional areas including cost, schedule, risk, QA.
• Ensure tasks and deliverables meet contract requirements and standards.
• Lead and direct technical and functional resources supporting the program.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and risks, implement corrective actions.
• Prepare status reports, briefings, and technical documentation.
