Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a Project Manager to direct and coordinate IT infrastructure activities in support of mission systems and services. You will drive day-to-day execution, plan long-term strategies, and ensure timely, within-scope delivery per the SOW.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage costs and schedules, and coordinate with program managers, technical staff, and stakeholders to meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 8+ years managing IT infrastructure or DoD/IC projects.
• At least 5 years leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate computer-related activities and services.
• Manage day-to-day project execution and long-term planning.
• Coordinate across functional teams to meet schedules and deliverables.
• Maintain project plans, estimates, and reports for the SOW.
• Identify risks and remove blockers to ensure success.
• Serve as the primary contact for complex network installation projects.
• Ensure projects deliver on time, within scope, and budget.
