Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to direct IT infrastructure projects supporting mission systems. The role requires coordinating with program managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery per the SOW.

The ideal candidate will have a TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years in DoD/IC project management, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams while managing cost, schedule, and performance.

Qualifications

• Must hold active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 8+ years of progressive experience managing IT infrastructure, enterprise technology, or systems integration projects within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
• At least 5 years leading cross-functional technical teams and managing project cost, schedule, and performance.
• Proven experience managing IT or infrastructure projects in a DoD or IC environment.
• Familiarity with project management principles, IT infrastructure, and SOW compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate computer-related activities, including data processing and information systems.
• Execute day-to-day project management with long-term planning.
• Manage contract personnel ensuring deliverables meet the SOW.
• Provide periodic reports on staffing, project status, and performance.
• Coordinate with program managers and technical teams for service provisioning and maintenance.
