Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to provide leadership, management, and accountability for contract execution. You will be the primary interface between Government and Contractor organizations, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance targets are met in compliance with DIA, DoD, and IC standards.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years managing DoD/IC programs or large technical projects.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Proven track record managing DoD or IC contracts.
• Strong cost, schedule, and performance management experience.
• Solid understanding of government contracting and risk control.
• Ability to lead technical resources and coordinate delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives.
• Experience supporting DIA/IC missions; familiarity with delivery models.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated, high‑stakes environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall responsibility for contract cost, schedule, and performance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for CO, COR, and government/contractor leadership.
• Direct and manage program execution across functional areas (cost, schedule, risk).
• Ensure tasks and deliverables meet contract requirements efficiently.
• Lead skilled technical and functional resources for the program.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver program status reports and documentation.
• Communicate program status and metrics to leadership.
• Support audits, reviews, and government oversight activities.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices.
