Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager, SME to lead the execution and oversight of mission-critical DoD programs under the BMC3I Elite contract. This role provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and program management to deliver enterprise service management capabilities for DoD missions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.
• 15+ years of experience leading DoD/national security enterprise programs.
• 15+ years defense acquisition experience across program lifecycles.
• Experience managing large-scale system integrations and enterprise upgrades.
• Experience with Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver BMC3I Elite support initiatives and program objectives.
• Maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, metrics, and resource allocation.
• Ensure governance, cybersecurity, QA, and DoD contractual compliance.
• Interface with Government Contracting Officers, government leadership, vendors, and end users.
• Translate requirements into executable program plans and deliverables.
• Oversee integration and sustainment of BMC3I capabilities and enterprise systems.
• Drive process improvements and digital transformation for efficiency.
