Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems, LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager, SME to lead execution of the BMC3I Elite contract, providing strategic leadership and oversight of enterprise service management capabilities for DoD missions. You will coordinate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with SAP eligibility.
15+ years leading complex DoD programs and managing enterprise-level initiatives.
Experience with large-scale system integrations, modernization, and enterprise upgrades.
Knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Experience overseeing contractor performance, vendors, and contract execution.
Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of BMC3I Elite support initiatives and program objectives.
Develop, maintain, and oversee integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, performance metrics, and resource allocations.
Ensure compliance with governance, cybersecurity, QA, and DoD/organizational standards.
Interface with Government Contracting Officers, leadership, technical teams, vendors, subcontractors, and end users for mission alignment.
Translate requirements into executable program plans, deliverables, and integrated solutions.
Oversee configuration, integration, sustainment, and optimization of BMC3I capabilities and enterprise systems.
Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and digital transformation strategies.
Establish and drive continuous process improvement, quality management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams and foster a high-performing environment.
Prepare and deliver executive briefings, program status reports, dashboards, and decision-support materials.
Monitor program performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective actions to meet cost/schedule/performance goals.
Promote stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to support mission success.
