Job summary

Serco Inc. in Washington, DC, seeks an experienced Experienced Financial Systems Analyst to support NAVSEA SEA 04. The role requires DoD Interim Secret clearance and will be performed onsite at the Navy Yard in Washington, D.C.

The successful candidate will collect and analyze financial data, prepare POM notebooks and briefings, and coordinate with SEA 04 leadership, the CFO team, and NEPS. Strong budgeting and DoD-acquisition familiarity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have interim DoD Secret clearance or be able to transfer to DoD Secret.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree; higher degrees may be considered.
• 5 years of experience in a financial or management discipline.
• Experience using the Navy ERP system (N-ERP).
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, analyzing and consolidating POM program briefs and preparing a POM Briefing notebook.
• Capture, validate and submit IT requirements across the FYDP and review financials.
• Support CFO meetings with minutes and communications to leadership.
• Liaise between SEA 04 program offices and the NEPS project office.
• Analyze SEA 04 programs' financial execution and prepare briefing materials.
• Maintain unfunded requirements tracker and coordinate funding actions.
• Monitor COB execution and maintain budget spreadsheets.
