Nakupuna Companies seeks a Business Financial Management Analyst to join a team supporting NAVSEA 04 Industrial Operations. The role involves financial management functions under NAVSEA 04, leveraging DoD processes and IT budget oversight.

Position is Washington Navy Yard, onsite five days a week. Requires DoD financial experience, Navy background and ability to coordinate with CFO and SEA 04 leaders.

Qualifications

• DoD financial processes knowledge required.
• Minimum five years Navy experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office skills including Excel pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, analyzing and consolidating POM program briefs into a POM Briefing notebook.
• Identify SEA 04 funding lines and display in a SEA 04 Financial Summary document.
• Capture, validate and submit IT requirements throughout the FYDP.
• Review financial aspects of the IT budget before signing the SEA 04 SOC.
• Support CFO meetings and liaise between SEA 04 offices and NEPS project office.
• Maintain unfunded requirements tracker and COB execution status.
• Assist with Government Purchase Card reconciliation and compliance.
