Job summary

Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Mid Financial Analyst to join our team of consultants supporting NAVSEA PMS-317. You will perform financial management across the PPBE cycle, coordinating budgets and program funding with multiple NAVSEA systems.

The role requires DoD financial experience and a proactive approach to analysis. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting or 5 years relevant experience, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• DoD financial processes and governance experience.
• Familiarity with NAVSEA tools and PPBE support.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years relevant finance experience.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis in support of the PMS-317 portfolio and PPBE.
• Analyze budgets, funding, and execution using NAVSEA systems.
• Coordinate POM/BES/PBR/PB submissions and budget reports.
• Develop financial briefing materials showing program funding and status.
• Identify risks and communicate impacts to PMS-317 leadership.
