The candidate should have a BA/BS degree, an active Secret clearance, and 2+ years of DoD financial management experience, including familiarity with Navy financial systems and procurement policies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or higher in a relevant discipline; active Secret clearance required.
• 2 years or more of DoN financial management experience and related analysis.
• Experience with PPBE, DoW FMR, FAR, procurement policies, and DoN procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Review budget estimates for completeness and compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Analyze budgeting, accounting, obligation and expenditure reports to identify trends and risks.
• Support development of cost estimates, spend plans, and program financial summaries.
