Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Financial Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAG Special Programs Division at Tinker AFB, OK. The role entails budget development, funds management, and EVMS analysis in a demanding DoD environment.

Qualified candidates will hold SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI, possess a relevant bachelor’s degree with extensive DoD experience, and preferably a master’s degree with senior finance or acquisition background. Travel up to 10% CONUS may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 15 years DoD/government experience
• Master’s Degree with minimum 10 years DoD/government experience
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)
• Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI access

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all PPBE phases and funds management
• Develop financial baselines and budgetary documentation for acquisition programs
• Conduct budget and financial analysis and prepare briefings
• Reconcile accounting data and prepare program reviews
• Coordinate audits by DCAA and other agencies
• Interpret DoD/DFAS regulations in finance and accounting
