Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor to lead technical SME efforts for DoD programs, focusing on engineering, Test & Evaluation, and lifecycle support. The role requires rapid comprehension of complex challenges and credible engagement with engineers, operators, and Government stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will drive solutions across RDT&E, systems integration, and proposal development while maintaining security clearance and delivering high-quality technical guidance for contract

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience supporting complex engineering, T&E, and defense programs.
• Experience with DoD contracts, acquisition, and systems integration.
• Strong ability to translate mission requirements into executable solutions.
• Proven track record in technical reviews, risk assessment, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical SME supporting DoD contracts and customer missions.
• Provide technical expertise to programs involving T&E, RDT&E, engineering, and logistics.
• Support PMs in evaluating technical requirements, risks, and solutions.
• Participate in technical reviews, design reviews, and test planning activities.
• Engage with Government engineers, scientists, and technical leadership.
• Help translate customer requirements into practical execution plans.
• Support capture and proposal efforts with technical approaches.
• Write and review technical volumes for accuracy and credibility.
