Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor for DoD engineering and Test & Evaluation with a Secret clearance. The role focuses on complex DoD programs, system integration, and proposal support.

The ideal candidate has extensive DoD or Federal program experience, strong engineering background, and proven ability to communicate across technical and management teams. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

Significant professional experience supporting complex DoD or Federal programs.
Ability to rapidly understand mission requirements and translate them into executable solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication with engineers, SMEs, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Provide senior technical SME support for DoD contracts, T&E, and systems integration.
Support capture, proposal development, and technical solutioning activities.
Lead technical reviews, risk assessments, and customer engagements.
Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and government stakeholders to tailor execution plans.
