Job summary

GeoDelphi, Inc. dba Whitespace seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen cybersecurity posture for DoD and government cloud environments. You will design secure CI/CD, automate IaC with Terraform/Ansible, and enforce RMF/NIST controls in pipelines while integrating SAST/DAST and container security.

This 100% remote role is for U.S. citizens in the contiguous United States, with less than 20% travel and a W-2 arrangement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent experience.
7+ years hands-on DevSecOps in AI/ML or data-intensive systems.
Familiarity with OpenShift or Kubernetes security hardening.
Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA).
Experience with DoD RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and FedRAMP.
Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Strong scripting (Python, Bash) and automation skills.
Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Secure CI/CD and Cloud Infrastructure integrated with DoD standards.
Automate deployment of secure environments using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for DoD or FedRAMP systems.
Integrate SAST/DAST, container scanning, and security tooling into pipelines for continuous compliance.
Collaborate with security, development, and operations teams to align with RMF/NIST/FedRAMP requirements.
