Job summary

Kiakahi, LLC is seeking a Computer Operator Support Specialist to join a cohesive team supporting a government client. Responsibilities include configuring, diagnosing, and repairing Windows laptops/desktops, Office 2013 apps, Jabber, and CAC readers, with AD and SCCM usage for remote support.

Requirements include DoD Secret clearance, AR 25-2/IAT II certifications, and 5–7 years desktop administration experience. Location: Austin, TX; benefits and on-site duties apply.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Windows OS, Office 2013, and common desktop apps.
• Excellent customer service, professional demeanor, and time-management.
• Familiarity with backup/recovery software; strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and communicate resolutions.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Configure, diagnose, reimage, reload and repair Windows laptops/desktops.
• Configure and repair Office 2013 apps, Outlook and related components.
• Manage NCES products, Jabber IM, WiFi and CAC readers.
• Utilize Active Directory to manage MS Server objects.
• Use remote tools (SCCM) to access remote desktops.
• Assist users during briefings and events with collaboration tools (Google Earth, DCO Connect Online, Jabber).
• Other duties as assigned.
