Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in desktop administration.
- Must possess IT I level certification IAW AR 25-2 and IAT II IAW DoD 8570.01-M.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and occasional vehicle use on site.
- US citizenship with DoD Secret clearance requirement.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site desktop, software, and peripheral support for NIPRNET and SIPRNET.
- Resolve desktop problems via remote control; manage accounts and passwords.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, PDAs, and printers.
- Identify network problems and coordinate with Tier II/III admins.
- Monitor networks with SolarWinds; generate daily reports.
