You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues, manage tickets, and support onboarding and knowledge base development.

The role requires DoD 8140 clearance, active Secret, a US citizen, and a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field, plus 4–7 years of experience in enterprise IT support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years in end-user support or help desk in enterprise/government IT.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience using ticketing systems to document and close incidents per SLAs.
• Proficiency in multi-channel communication with strong documentation.
• Must meet DoD 8140 requirements and hold an active Secret clearance. US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues using structured methodologies; escalate as needed.
• Manage incidents and service requests in ITSM tools; log, track, and resolve within SLAs.
• Provide multi-channel support (phone, email, chat, in‑person) with professional communication.
• Handle user provisioning, password resets, and basic access control securely.
• Contribute to knowledge base content and FAQs from resolved tickets.
