Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Customer Engagement Manager 3 to serve as the primary bridge between senior leadership and DoD customers.

The role involves planning and executing government engagements, coordinating with multiple internal teams, and delivering high-visibility briefings and tours at Sentinel program sites across Utah, California, and other locations. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience (or a Master’s with 6+ years).

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects with DoD stakeholders.
• Proven ability to plan and execute senior-level engagements and briefings.
• Strong written and verbal communication for high-visibility programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as central conduit for all DoW customer interactions and align objectives.
• Plan and execute customer visits, symposia, conferences, and demonstrations.
• Coordinate with activation task forces and program offices to de-conflict activities.
• Lead budgeting, reporting, and engagement-management initiatives.
• Mentor junior managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Travel to Roy, UT, Vandenberg AFB, CA, and other sites as needed.
