Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Strategic Customer Engagement Senior Manager in Baltimore, MD, to lead engagement strategy across DoW services and external customers. You will serve as chief of staff for the SCE Team, guiding day-to-day operations and leveraging enterprise tools for planning and executive communication.

You will drive strategic recommendations, mentor cross-functional teams, and work with leaders to accelerate SCE operations in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years related experience; or 8 years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience with Salesforce and generative AI in a business context.
• Knowledge of DoW customer organizations, requirements, budgeting, and acquisition processes.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strategic customer engagements are planned, executed, and documented to align with sector priorities.
• Serve as SME for Salesforce configuration and integration with systems of record and digital tools.
• Lead development and deployment of authoritative information resources for NGMS products and opportunities.
• Lead external customer engagements and cross-sector stakeholders as required.
• Collaborate with leaders to plan, implement, and operate new processes and capabilities.
• Analyze RFIs, strategic communications, mission engineering, and business cases.
• Mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engagement products.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
