Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Strategic Customer Engagement Senior Manager to lead the SCE Team in Baltimore, MD. You will oversee engagements with DoW services, primes, and government customers, ensuring plans are executed and documented to drive actionable outcomes.

The role requires a Top Secret/active clearance, 10+ years in related fields, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while leveraging Salesforce and other tools for strategic engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in PM/BD/strategy roles (or 8+ years with Master’s).
• Experience with Salesforce in a business context is required.
• Knowledge of DoW customer organizations, requirements, budgeting, and acquisition processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present at executive level.
• Experience forming and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document strategic customer engagements aligned with sector priorities.
• Serve as Salesforce subject matter expert and integrate with systems of record.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer engagement products and outcomes.
• Develop strategic recommendations and novel approaches across the portfolio.
• Mentor and lead teams; travel up to 25% as required.
