Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Strategic Customer Engagement Senior Manager to lead the SCE Team in Baltimore, MD, coordinating engagements with DoW services, industry primes, international customers, and US agencies.

The role acts as chief of staff to improve use of enterprise systems of record and digital tools, driving actionable recommendations and executive communication. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in program management, business development, mission engineering, systems analysis, or strategic planning.
• Experience with Salesforce and the application of generative AI assistants in a business context.
• Knowledge of DoW customer organizations, requirements, budgeting, and acquisition processes.
• Dynamic self-starter with strong attention to detail and strategic thinking regarding customer needs and competition.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document strategic customer engagements aligned with sector priorities.
• Serve as Salesforce SME and integrate with other systems of record and digital tools.
• Lead development and application of information resources that enable clear customer engagements.
• Lead engagements with external customers and cross-sector stakeholders as required.
• Partner with leaders to plan, develop, implement, and operate new processes and tools for SCE operations.
• Support analysis, synthesis, and recommendations for RFIs, strategic communications, and business cases.
• Mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engagement products.
