Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Sr. Customer Engagement Manager 3 to bridge senior leadership and DoD customers, planning and executing engagements and ensuring high-visibility events. The role requires 5+ years of cross-functional leadership, DoD liaison experience, and a Top Secret clearance with SAP eligibility.

The position is located in Roy, UT or Vandenberg AFB, CA, with travel to multiple sites and strategic demonstrations as part of the Sentinel program.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree plus 8 years related experience or Master's plus 6 years (or 4 years in lieu of degree)
Experience leading projects or cross-functional teams (5+ years)
Extensive interfacing with DoW and military senior officials; strong briefing skills
Active DoD Top Secret clearance w/SAP eligibility
Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time

Mansioni

Act as the central conduit for all DoW customer interactions
Plan and execute customer visits, symposia, conferences, site tours, and demonstrations
Coordinate with activation task forces and program offices to align schedules
Lead engagement management, budgeting, and reporting initiatives
Mentor cross-functional project teams and oversee junior staff
Develop inputs and manage annual budgets for engagement activities
Travel to Roy, Promontory, and other customer sites to support engagements
