Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) seeks a Strategic Customer Engagement Senior Manager to lead the SCE Team’s plan, execution, and analysis of executive customer interactions across DoW, primes, international customers, and US government agencies. Located in Baltimore, MD, this role serves as chief of staff to the SCE Team, driving strategic actions and compelling customer engagements.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in program management or strategic planning, experience with Salesforce

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of related experience in program management, business development, mission engineering, systems analysis, or strategic planning.
• Experience with Salesforce and with the application of generative artificial intelligence assistants in a business context.
• U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret clearance is required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure strategic customer engagements are planned, executed, and documented in alignment with sector priorities and governance.
• Serve as the subject matter expert in the use, configuration, and integration of Salesforce with other systems of record and digital tools.
• Lead the development, integration, and application of authoritative information resources to enable clear customer engagements.
• Lead Strategic Customer Engagements with external customers and cross-sector stakeholders.
• Partner with peers to plan, develop, implement, and operate new processes, tools, and capabilities for SCE operations.
• Lead or support RFIs, strategic communications, mission engineering activities, and business cases.
