Qualifications

• Experience with contract life cycle: proposals, negotiations, admin, closeout.
• Strong business acumen and ability to present to leaders.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts across the full lifecycle from capture through administration.
• Coordinate with program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, and other functions.
• Provide business guidance and respond to audits and compliance reviews.
• Prepare data reports and support training on contract practices.
