Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development Engineer to support US Army acquisition efforts. You will translate Army requirements into technically sound, winnable solutions and demonstrate interoperability of our tactical portfolio.

Travel up to 50% for meetings, events, and demonstrations. This role offers 100% remote work depending on location, with collaboration across BD and Applications Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years in relevant field or 9+ years with HS diploma.
• Experience with US Army procurement pathways and Army Futures Command priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Army Capability Set requirements and map gaps to tactical radio capabilities.
• Lead technical planning, network configuration, and field trials with BD and Applications Engineering teams.
• Support RFI/RFP responses and align proposals with Army needs.
