Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development Engineer, US Army, to join the Applications Engineering team. You will translate Army requirements into technically sound, winnable solutions, and demonstrate interoperability of our tactical portfolio to Army evaluation teams.

Travel up to 50% for meetings and demonstrations; 100% remote work possible depending on location. Collaboration with BD and Engineering to provide tailored solutions and build roadmaps for Army programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in ECE/CS/Network Eng or related C5ISR field.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with SDRs and tactical routing.
• Proficiency with RF instruments and spectrum analysis.
• Willingness to travel 50% to customer sites and DoD environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Army Capability Set requirements to map gaps to tactical radio capabilities.
• Lead technical planning, network configuration and field trials.
• Prepare demonstrations tailored to Army evaluation teams and partners.
