Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Senior Business Development Engineer, US Army, to translate Army requirements into technically sound, field-ready solutions. You will collaborate with engineering and BD teams to demonstrate interoperability of our tactical communications portfolio to Army evaluation teams.

Travel up to 50% for meetings and demonstrations, with 100% remote work eligibility depending on location. You will engage Army program managers, S&T leads, and warfare centers to shape requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze US Army Capability Set requirements and map to tactical radio capabilities.
• Conduct market research to identify end-to-end product solutions and synergies with partners.
• Design and build demonstrations tailored to the Army and field-test architectures.
• Lead technical planning, network configuration, and live field trials with BD and Applications Engineering teams.
• Translate Army feedback into actionable product roadmaps and track progress.
