Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer for the Wright-Patterson AFB area to apply DoD system engineering and CPI protection best practices. The role includes developing training modules, instructing courses in classified environments, and coordinating with government and industry partners on complex weapon system programs.

You will assess hardware/software for tamper resistance, lead curriculum development, and provide technical oversight on RFPs and project execution.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 12+ years of DoD experience.
• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years of DoD experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes to weapon systems lifecycle.
• Assess circuitry and memory for reverse engineering methods.
• Develop training materials with government and industry partners.
• Instruct and deliver curriculums in classified environments.
• Provide technical oversight for RFPs and ongoing projects.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Evaluate test plans and conduct system testing.
• Identify CPI protection improvements and perform risk assessments.
