Job summary

Serco Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Level Program Manager to join the Special Programs Division’s DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

You will oversee acquisition activities from technology development to field deployment, ensuring warfighter protection and program success. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, preparing acquisition documents, managing risks, and coordinating with DoD labs and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI and SAP access
• 10+ years of experience managing DoD Acquisition Programs
• SAP experience within the last 8 years
• Up to 10% travel

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate courses of action delivering USAF warfighting capabilities
• Manage program efforts including technology development, engineering, foreign disclosure, test and deployment, production and logistics
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PMs' programmatic decisions
• Identify risks/issues and recommend solutions to government PMs
• Lead development of RFP/J&A packages and Acquisition Plans for new contracts
• Organize strategy meetings among DoD orgs, service leads, labs and industry
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for DoD-related technology development areas
• Determine level of support to Foreign Military Sales programs
• Interact with industry partners for technology development reviews and meetings
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of assets
• Support Education & Outreach curriculum development and training materials for DoD Anti-Tamper courses
