Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

This role advances capabilities from studies through rapid fielding and requires handling complex DoD acquisitions and collaboration across government, labs, and industry. You will analyze processes, manage technology development, prepare procurement packages, and lead strategy meetings.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access and continuous vetting.
• Master's degree with 10+ years in DoD acquisition programs or Bachelor's with 15+ years.
• SAP experience within the last 8 years (3+ years).
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to deliver USAF warfighting capabilities.
• Manage program efforts across technology development, engineering, test and deployment, production and logistics support.
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PMs’ decisions.
• Identify risks/issues and recommend solutions to government PMs.
• Lead development and coordination of RFP/J&A packages and Acquisition Plans.
• Organize strategy meetings among DoD orgs, labs, SMEs, and industry leadership.
• Develop and maintain a technology development roadmap within DoD areas.
• Determine level of support to Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Interact with industry partners to support development reviews and technical interchange meetings.
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of critical assets.
• Support Education and Outreach curriculum and training materials.
