Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a SME Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD programs in a security engineering role focused on anti‑tamper methods and circuitry assessment. You will collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners to advance protective technologies and ensure weapon system integrity.

The candidate should hold an active TOP‑SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Master’s in Engineering, and relevant SAP/SCI experience, with up to 10% CONUS travel possible.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access.
• Master's Degree in an Engineering discipline with 20 years of relevant DoD experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering processes and anti-tamper methods.
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory chips for reverse engineering.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including long‑term planning and RFP oversight.
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners to assess vulnerabilities.
• Create, staff, publish, and maintain security classification guides.
