Qualifications

• Active TOP‑SECRET security clearance with SCI and SAP access
• Master's degree in engineering with 20+ years of DoD/government experience
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience in last 5 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering process, weapon system protection planning, and anti‑tamper methods
• Assess circuitry, processors, and memory chips for reverse engineering potential
• Provide engineering support for acquisitions, including RFP development and technical oversight
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess capabilities to meet design requirements and specifications
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners on vulnerabilities and lab exploitation
• Identify technologies to protect CPI for program protection
• Work with DoD AT Evaluation Teams to understand existing designs and vulnerabilities
• Support improvements to anti‑tamper/anti‑exploitation design, development, and sustainment
• Evaluate system test plans and conduct risk assessments
• Create and maintain security classification guides for the DoD AT community
