Job summary

Serco is seeking a SME Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. This role requires active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access and a strong background in systems security engineering and microelectronics.

Responsibilities include applying DoD security processes, evaluating circuitry, supporting RFPs, and collaborating with labs and industry to assess vulnerabilities and develop anti-tamper solutions.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access and current background check.
• Master's degree in engineering with 20+ years DoD/government experience.
• 3+ years SAP or SCI experience within last 5 years.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering and program protection planning.
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory for reverse engineering methods.
• Support technology acquisitions including RFP development and oversight.
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and compatibility.
• Collaborate with labs and industry on vulnerabilities and exploitation testing.
• Create and maintain security classification guides for the DoD AT community.
• Conduct system testing and risk assessments.
