Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a SME Anti-Tamper Engineer to support cutting-edge DoD programs at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

You will apply security engineering and evaluate circuitry and processors for tamper resistance, enabling secure weapon systems. Requires active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, a Master’s in Engineering with 20+ years of DoD experience, and SAP/SCI experience within the last 5 years; travel up to 10% is required for CONUS assignments.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access
• Master's Degree in Engineering with 20+ years of DoD-related experience
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years
• Willingness to travel up to 10% CONUS

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering process for weapon systems and anti-tamper methods
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory chips for reverse engineering approaches
• Provide engineering support including long-term planning, RFPs, and technical oversight
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess capabilities to meet system design requirements and CPI protection
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners on vulnerabilities of current systems
• Identify technologies to protect CPI and improve anti-tamper designs
• Assist DoD teams in understanding designs and vulnerabilities
• Contribute to testing plans and conduct system/subsystem tests
• Create and maintain security classification guides for the DoD AT community
