Job summary

Serco is seeking an SME Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. This role requires active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access and extensive DoD experience.

You will apply security engineering, program protection and anti-tamper methods across weapon systems, assess electronics for reverse engineering, and collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners to mitigate vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI access and SAP eligibility.
• Master's degree in engineering with 20+ years DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience in the last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering process, program protection planning and anti-tamper methods for weapons systems.
• Assess integrated circuitry, processors and memory for reverse engineering methods.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and technical oversight.
• Review and analyze contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Assess capabilities to meet system requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners on system susceptibilities and vulnerabilities.
• Identify technologies to protect CPI during program protection.
• Work with DoD Anti-Tamper Evaluation Teams to understand current designs and vulnerabilities.
• Assist in improving anti-tamper/exploitation design, development, manufacturing, training and sustainment.
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing at system/subsystem/component levels.
• Conduct engineering performance, supportability, schedule and risk assessments.
