The successful candidate will assess requests, determine the correct production process, edit and proofread, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of documents while handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment is desirable.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong keyboarding and typing abilities.
• Experience with document production, word processing, editing and proofreading.

Responsibilities

• Provide word processing and/or document production services for clients according to established policies and procedures.
• Assess job requests, determine the correct production process, and ensure completion throughout the workflow.
• Edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe or complete document production requests to client satisfaction.
• Utilize equipment, software, and hardware to perform job functions efficiently.
• Coordinate document production services, intake, and workflow within the team.
• Troubleshoot more complex software or hardware problems.
• Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work.
