Job summary

Tailored Management is seeking a skilled Document Controller for a fully onsite 12-month contract in Vacaville, CA. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with W2 employment and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in CAPEX/document control, preferably in Pharma and on large scale projects.
• IT skills are a plus, should learn quick and be comfortable with different software tools.
• Language: Excellent command of English, Other Languages advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Able to deal with Ambiguity - can conform to shifting priorities, and demands.
• Systems Experience: SharePoint, Kneat, Unifier, Microsoft Office applications,Procore

Responsibilities

• Setting up the documentation management process on the project, in alignment with the client's internal procedures
• Controlling the electronic and hard copy documentation submitted by the company, External Engineering, Construction and Vendor teams for adherence to the numbering, filing and retrieval principles set up on the project
• Controlling the project documentation is being submitted according to the RACI Matrix defined on the project
• Keeping the project deliverables list up to date and operates any changes required by the project team
• Archiving of project documentation (hard copies and digital files)
• Reports on documentation progress and escalation
• First point of contact for any project documentation topics within the team
