Job summary

Katalyst-Healthcares- is seeking a Document Controller to support one or more projects within a dotted-line matrix organization, reporting to the Client Information Manager. The role includes managing project documents, ensuring compliance with document control standards, and coordinating with Contractors and project teams.

Key responsibilities cover document control activities, training, and ensuring timely delivery of information, with minimal travel between offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control and information management
• Familiarity with IMS/Document management systems and procedures
• Ability to train and share knowledge with project teams

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Client's Document Control processes, standards, numbering and systems.
• Manage drawings, correspondence, internal and final project documentation.
• Implement procedures aligning with Client's Document Control standards.
• Oversee that Contractor Document Control functions comply with Client's standards.
• Understand DFO requirements for project operations.
